Warning: Drill is an athletic undertaking. Just like any other sport, there is risk of the full range of injury to participants. Parents and guardians need to understand and appreciate this fact.

Medical Requirements

Each student who participates in any sport must provide evidence of a physical examination by a licensed physician in order to satisfy C.I.F. and LHS athletic regulations. Physical examinations are valid for one calendar school year. Physical Packets can be picked up in the Athletic Office from 8 am - 3 p.m.

Medical insurance is required. A copy of your medical insurance card must be on file with your physical packet and with your advisor.

After an injury, which requires medical attention, a release in writing must be obtained from a doctor before a player may resume participation. This is for the protection of the player, coach, and school.
