General Information

Physicals need to be dated May 1st, 2024 for the 2024-2025 school year.  Click on the link  PHYSICALS AND TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION.  You will find the online instructions and physical form at that tab.  All students are required to have a physical on file to participate in any conditioning or tryouts.  Pink cards are issued from the athletics office once a student is cleared via email.  

We are up and running with our new physical sports registration for Lodi High.  You will need to register your student AFTER May 1st for the 24-25 school year. Here is the link to Arbiter Family ID.  Please click on the link and register your student.
