All athletes need a pink card for participation to any conditioning.  

The Sac-Joaquin Section will be under "summer" rules from now until December 14th - pending health department and LUSD approval- due to the changes with COVID19.  Sports will have two seasons for the 2020-2021 school year.  Season 1 starting on December 14th will consist of Cross Country, Football, Water Polo, Badminton and Volleyball for both boys and girls. Season 2 in Spring will consist of Soccer, Tennis, Wrestling, Basketball, Competitive Stunt Cheer, Swimming, Baseball, Softball, Golf, and Track.    We will have more information and dates of games as soon as we can.  Please have your athletes paperwork on file and ready before the start of the season.  Grades will be determined by first quarter for Season 1 and second quarter for Season 2. 

FOOTBALL-.  Conditioning will continue on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30-5:15.   Conditioning will be on the football field and also the soccer field.   There will be training sessions broken up by groups  so please contact Coach George Duenas at  209-570-5370.  

WATER POLO-. JV  Boys will be conditioning from 3-5:30 on Monday, Wednesdays, and Friday.  Varsity boys will be conditioning Monday through Friday 3:00-4:30.  In addition boys varsity water polo will also meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6-7 a.m. AND Saturday mornings from 7-9 a.m.   Girls will be conditioning Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-7:00  and Tuesday and Thursday from  4:30-7:00pm. 

XC-  Conditioning cancelled until we return from Thanksgiving break. 

BASEBALL-  Conditioning will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays  from 5:00-7:00.  Please check back for any changes.  

VOLLEYBALL-  Both boys and girls are currently conditioning  and will continue  on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-4:30 meet at the track.

BOYS BASKETBALL-  NO CONDITIONING until further notice.  Please email Coach Woznick with any questions

GIRLS TENNIS- .  Tennis will resume in February. Please check back for more information closer to date.

BADMINTON- Conditioning will begin September 28th and will continue every Monday and Wednesday at 5.  Athletes are to meet at the track.  

GIRLS BASKETBALL- Conditioning will take place on Tuesdays Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 please meet at the track.
